Track your order

As soon as your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show the first updates after your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Where to find your tracking link

• Open the shipping confirmation email from Wortyx and click Track your order.
• Or click the link in your order confirmation email to see your order status at any time.
• Have an account? Log in to see all your orders.

Something wrong?

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or you didn't receive a shipping email, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
